The ACE plan is a comprehensive school transformational process that examines school structures, strategies and supports to increase college readiness in 3 phases. This plan can be adapted to focus on one or multiple ethnic groups and/or your school-wide population. This initial workshop is designed for counselors, coordinators, administrators in grades 9-12, Community Based Organizations (CBOs) and Post Secondary staff.

This workshop will examine highly effective best practice, structures, routines, schedules and online supports for administering standardized exams, e.g., ACT®, AP®, PSAT 8/9®, PSAT/NMSQT®, Pre-AP® and SAT®. Designed for 6-12 counselors, coordinators, lead teachers and CBO guidance staff.

In this workshop district and/or school leadership teams will examine the components of culturally responsive teaching and learning, through the lens of attitudes, beliefs and behaviors that hinder and promote equitable college access for all students. This workshop is designed for grades K-12 and post secondary staff.

These face-to-face and online content workshops will
unlock key content concepts to assist Pre-AP® and AP®
teachers. These workshops are focused on supporting Pre-
AP® teachers in CORE content areas in grades 7-11 and AP®
teachers in all areas administering assessments in grades 9-12.

We work with our clients to bridge systems of support for parents and community members to advance equitable college access.

We strengthen our client's use of data by developing equitable systems and processes for advancing and supporting college readiness pathways. The LDM Group examines and implements best practices that address educational equity and results in optimal student learning. We help our clients to understand and use formative assessment processes to improve student preparation and performance.

The LDM Group assists our clients in the development of a systemic Equitable Advanced Learning Plan (EALP).

The LDM Group coaches to provide continuous face-to-face and online professional development emphasizing researched-based best college readiness practices. We implement train-the-trainer models and provide peer-to-peer coaching while utilizing data analysis to inform instruction and improve classroom practice. At the LDM Group we use best practices and strategies to propel students from remediation to acceleration. We use best practices to improve student trajectory of closing academic gaps while Identifiying and promoting advanced learning options and opportunities.
